Office of the Chief Operating officer

The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organisation attains its stated operational goals, by leading and directing the efforts of every operational unit and Ministry within the church and ensuring that all operations are efficient and effective. With primary focus on strategic, tactical, and short-term operational management, the office is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that help the organisation achieve its aims, also ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements as stipulated by all UK authorities.
